Retreat together, reconnect with nature and with each other.

Hilltop Wellness Presents: Couples Outdoor Camping Retreat Experience

Introduction to The Gottman Method for couples therapy + New skills for those who have previously joined us.

Couples will be guided through three days of therapy skill-building on love mapping, conflict resolution, and creating shared dreams with Hilltop’s licensed professional counselor Penney Rockhill. Penney will be utilizing her Level two Gottman training to teach couples the skills they need to keep their relationship strong and healthy. Couples will also be guided through couple's yoga classes each day and be given opportunities to relax and rejuvenate in nature through hiking, walking, or spending time by the river each day. If you have joined us for a couple’s event in the past, we welcome you back and will offer new skill groups just for you as well as some refreshers from previous retreats/events.
