5th Annual Women’s Camping Retreat! August 2nd-4th, 2024

Join us this year and create some lifelong memories.

Our yearly women’s camping retreat will give you the opportunity to find renewal, a deeper connection to yourself, and a stronger sense of who you are and what you want from your life.

You will be guided through a fully immersive experience each day with activities, experiences, and group work that will stretch you and encourage deep growth.

Sunrise yoga, fully homecooked meals over the fire, star gazing, and a new moon forest sound bath are some of the highlights of this retreat.

Find your connection with nature, build self-compassion, and join other women on their journeys.

“My weekend with Hilltop Wellness was exactly the break I needed from a stressful life. Everything was provided, planned, and cooked! The time in nature to decompress and reconnect to self was exactly as described on hilltopwellness.net. Janae, Tina, and Tori all went above and beyond to provide an amazing weekend. They prepared researched and spent so much effort making this experience amazing and it did not go unnoticed. I am so glad I trusted them for a weekend and you will be too!”
— Cheryl F.

The 2024 Annual Women’s Retreat will be held at a secluded mountain campsite in a beautiful forest setting in South Eastern Idaho.

This 3-day immersive retreat has been designed to be a distraction-free learning environment with group and one on one instruction and support from our team of experts.

Unplug from the rest of the world and plug into deepening your connected journey to self.

This retreat will give you the direction to explore what you want to let go of, change, and create new spaces in your life.

Find new facets of yourself

Uncover past strengths and dive into your life with renewed energy and passion.

You will leave with the confidence and understanding you need to bring new habits, patterns, and experiences into your life, let go of what you need to shed, and create a plan for maintaining your transformative change.

“The most amazing weekend in nature! A balance of relaxing and challenging. Sitting around the fire and talking, watching the meteor shower in the clear night sky was a reminder of how good life can be. The Yoga was focused on the body with stretches and mindfulness, fantastic! Hiking to the high mountain lake was a group effort. The encouragement I got is what made it happen, it is worth all the sweat! I’m going back!”

-Carol T.

“It was such a great experience! Our leaders treated us like princesses. Provided great meals, Direction, help, support and anything else that we needed during our time there. We camped in the Idaho National Forest. Hiked to the most beautiful mountain lake I've ever seen that was absolutely magical. Sunrise yoga, workshops that were empowering. I also met some great new friends! This was my first Retreat and I absolutely loved it hope to go back again every year!”

- Cindy H.

“This was a great experience. It was a good safe place to learn and share. I enjoyed the variety of activities, great food and making new friends. I highly recommend this retreat. I was impressed with the leaders, their knowledge and their abilities to lead the group sessions.”

- Elizabeth D.

“The retreat was incredible! There’s nothing more I love than doing yoga outdoors! I also love camping, but I don’t love the stress of packing everything, cooking, and cleaning up. It was so nice to just focus on what I love about camping: making memories outside! Getting to know people during the group sessions was also amazing. All the leaders made everything such a breeze and I’m forever grateful for the experience!”

-Shania W.

”Most phenomenal group of women there to help other women with finding ourselves in the midst of a hectic life.”

- Jessica N.

“I highly recommend taking the chance on a Hilltop Wellness retreat. You will stretch yourself in ways you may not expect, find comfort in new friends and teachers, bathe in the light of nature, and learn about yourself and how to navigate in this strange world. If nothing else, you will be cared for mind, body, and soul for a few days. Who wouldn't want that?”

- Kristiana P.

”It was powerful, educational, inspiring, and organized... can’t wait to do it again next year.”

- Teri H.
